How Quests work
The Quests tab splits into Hourly Quests and Daily Quests. Each completed task pays XP, and that XP is what fills the Season Pass level bar. Hourly Quests (about 45 min reset, +100 XP each)

Fastest way to clear them
Manual chopping and roulette spins are the recurring tasks, so keep the worker roulette open while you chop. Worker-tier tasks (Galaxy, Diamond, Gold) come from the same roulette, so a long roulette session clears several quests at once. Worker-level upgrade tasks are handled in the Crew Upgrades menu.
